While traveling as a digital nomad, one of the most important things you have to do is find a reliable workspace with good wifi and minimal distractions at a reasonable cost. In other words, you want free coworking for digital nomads like yourself.
Cafes, restaurants, bars, and coworking spaces are all popular options that work just fine. But there is one option that gets overlooked that is one of my personal favorites.
Almost every city has one. They have great wifi. You have to be quiet while you are there. They can be found on every college campus. They are usually open to the public with no signup or cost. And they are designed for you to sit for hours, guilt-free, with no obligation to spend money.
Libraries!
They are not so great if you need to take phone call but if you just need a quiet place to do deep work, I can’t think of a better place.
From Belgrade, Serbia to Prague, Czechia to Den Haag, Netherlands there are libraries everywhere. They are found in artistic, beautiful places full of inspiration for creativity.
What is your favorite place to work from?
